1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal information, email data@aurynge.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Include enough information for us to identify the data you want deleted, such as the email address used with Aurynge, the public realtor page URL you interacted with, the connected login provider, or the approximate date of the interaction.
2. Facebook Login Data
If your request relates to Facebook Login, include the email address associated with your Facebook account and state that the request concerns the Aurynge Facebook app. Do not send your Facebook password or any authentication code.
After we verify that the request is associated with data we control, we will delete or anonymize the applicable Aurynge account, profile, token, session, and integration data, unless we are required or permitted to retain specific records under applicable law.
3. Public Realtor Page and Lead Data
If you submitted information through an Aurynge-powered realtor page, include the page URL and the name, email address, or phone number you submitted. Some information may be controlled by the realtor, brokerage, or tenant that received the lead, and we may need to route the request to that tenant.
4. What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request after receiving it.
- We may ask for limited verification information if needed to protect the account or data subject.
- We will review the relevant systems and delete, anonymize, or route the request as appropriate.
- We will confirm the outcome or explain any lawful retention requirement that applies.
5. Data We May Need to Retain
Some records may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, audit trails, backup integrity, or enforcement of our agreements. Where practical, we limit retained records to the information required for those purposes.
